Shipping

Yarnaholic™ makes every effort to ship items the same or next day, depending on volume of the day. We will inform you if there have been any delays. Orders that are custom to your preferences will have a longer ship time. We will inform you about delivery time, once your order has been placed.

Fulfilling backorders: In the rare case of partial order shipments, all additional shipments after the initial shipment (2nd partial shipment, completion of order, etc.) will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Credit Card Shipping Charges
Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your item.

Special Orders
It may be possible to “Special Order” an item that we do not normally carry. Please contact us via our email contact form, or at info@yarnaholicstore.com. Special Orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Out of Stock Items
In the rare instance when we don't have your item in stock, it may already be on the way to our warehouse!  Should we not have enough of an item on hand to fully fill your order, you will be informed during the ordering and checkout process.  In general, expect any items that are out of stock to arrive here within 7 to 30 days.  We will contact you if we believe an item will take longer than 30 days to arrive, or if 30 days has elapsed and we have not yet received the item. 

We can also ship the quantity on hand and order the remainder, or wait for the full quanity of a particular item before it is sent. 

For gifts, and for other occasions you may wish to have us hold an entire order of all items until all quantities are available, please make a note in the 'Special Instructions' area during checkout to "Hold entire order until all items available."

Cancellation of Backorders: Backorders can be cancelled at any time by you, unless it is a Special Order.

 

Shipping Carrier Information

 

Standard Shipping (Contiguous US, PO Boxes, and Military APO/FPO destinations) - Standard shipping will be by a method of our choice, which may be USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Media Mail (for books and magazines). Orders are usually delivered Monday through Friday and subject to a carrier's service restrictions and changes. Please note that the method we select for your shipment may not have a tracking number, and generally would take the longest delivery time. If you require your order to arrive more quickly or by a specific date, please select a shipping option that is expedited or has additional options.

 

Please Note — If you reside in a location where there is no postal delivery, please select UPS Ground.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery (Continental US) - FedEx Ground Home Delivery is the faster alternative to FedEx Economy Ground. Return Policy

To initiate a return of other merchandise, you'll need to make a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.  Please contact us via our email contact form to initiate the return. We will then provide you with an RMA and shipping instructions. You are responsible for shipment of the merchandise back to us. We suggest that you ship using a trackable shipment method. If the return is necessary due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return, shipping label, otherwise, you will have to pay for return shipping.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. After receipt of returned merchandise, we will refund the paid merchandise amount to the original payment credit card, PayPal account or other payment method used. Once a return has been processed and refund issued, you will receive an email notification. Gifted items can be returned for store credit.

Our policy is to accept returns within 14 days of purchase so that you are fully satisfied with your order.  Merchandise in sealed packaging must be returned unopened, and all returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. In order to reduce the likelihood of a return, please feel free to contact us and we will see if it is possible for us to send you a sample of our Yarnaholic™ yarn (coming soon) for you to look at before purchase. We suggest that you first review the colors available online for any particular product. We would appreciate limiting your request to 3 samples if we have them available. 

Yarnaholic™ Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but do not expire.
